THIS WEEKS BLOG FOCUSES ON RUGBY

The Punters Prerogative is back and eager to clean up on some decent value available this weekend.  There is plenty of racing, football and rugby on and today’s tips are advised with Victor Chandler.  I will be backing the following games on the handicap betting:
·         England to beat Wales by 7 or more points
·         New Zealand to beat Australia by 10 or more points
·         Ireland to beat Scotland by 1 or more points
These are all available at odds of 10/11 – and when bet in a treble will return just under £70 for a £10 stake.
England at home, even with an experimental side with a debut for Manu Tuilagi at outside centre, should be far too strong for Wales.  A margin of 7 points should be on the board by half time with many players playing for their place on the plane to the RWC.
New Zealand blew a very under strength South African side off the park last week – this will have provided some much needed match practice for the All Blacks.  I think they will ratchet the pressure up on Australia from kick off and win by at least 10 points.
The final leg of the treble includes the match from Murrayfield – Scotland vs. Ireland.  Both sides will be understrength but I feel the Irish have enough class to win by at least a point.
I may have a cheeky punt on James Haskell to score the first try for England @ 20/1 – he is a terrific ball carrier and will be anchoring the scrum at no. 8.  He is key for the pack to function and hopefully will unlock the flood gates for the English to hammer the Taff’s!!
